Welcome to Seven Palms Cottage! Unwind at our updated retreat with 1 bedroom/king bed, full bath/walk-in shower, king sleeper sofa, and laundry with washer/dryer. We have an ice machine and plenty of boat/trailer parking! Start your morning on the cozy screened-in porch with a cup of joe, then head out for a day of fishing or exploring the coast. At night, share stories around the fire pit. Whether you're fishing or making family memories, we have what you need for a perfect getaway!

• We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. • While we offer instant booking, we do require you to answer a few questions after you make a reservation (what brings you to Steinhatchee, copy of photo ID if no ratings, etc.). • Our working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week on Messenger, but if any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Wheelchair inaccessible due to steps to enter the home. • Being in the south with hot temps and rain, plus AC window units, you may see an unwanted guest (i.e. bug). We have pest control but if you see an insect, please send a picture for us to share with the exterminator and we’ll get them out as soon as we can. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer, we recommend you bring additional supplies. There is a Dollar General and Family Dollar close by, but the grocery store is ~30 minutes away. • The outdoor shed is locked and not accessible. • There are exterior cameras that face the shed and driveway for our safety and yours. They're recorded 24/7. • We put a lot of care and attention in designing this home to make sure you have a great experience. Please treat the space with respect. • If any problems arise, alert us right away via Airbnb messenger and we will do our best to take action. Please note there is no one living on-site. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • The house is on a septic tank with sensitive plumbing so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. House Rules

4 Guests max - Must be 25+ to book. The primary booking guest must be present for entire stay. - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM (eastern). - Do not share with your entry code to front door with anyone but confirmed guests. - Please do not use glitter or confetti or put tape on the walls. - Guests are responsible for any damage done to the property during their stay. If you come across an issue, please take a picture and message us. - We have exterior cameras facing the front driveway and one facing the shed that are recording 24/7. Do not cover or obstruct view in any way or you will be asked to leave. This is for our security and yours. Pets - No pets are allowed, except ADA service animals - please let us know upon booking. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet outside of pre-approved pets. Smoking/Fire - No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the property or within 10 feet of any property entrance. - If smoking outside, dispose of butts in OUTSIDE trash can. - No fires inside. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Communication Hours - 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST 7 days per week on Airbnb Messenger. -Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

• The whole cottage is yours for the stay! • House is off the ground and on concrete pilings. Must use stairs to access. • Self-check-in: the day before your arrival, we will message you with the entry code and check-in details. Guest has access to the entire cottage and downstairs utility room, which includes a washer, dryer, and ice machine.

Abigail’s place was perfect for the weekend. Very quaint house with a nice view. The house was stocked with more than enough items for a great stay! I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Steinhatchee!

We popped in for a quick weekend of scalloping, and although the weather didn't cooperate, Abigail 's little vacation spot was perfect! It's quiet & perfectly sized for a couple's getaway. She provides all the necessities & some extras. The ice maker was a huge game changer in filling our cooler before heading out to the gulf! The surrounding marinas & restaurants were easy to get to & we highly recommend Fidlers buffet. Five plus stars!!

Such a fantastic find in Steinhatchee! Close to town, but at the end of a quiet road. Sat on the screened in porch drinking coffee watching birds across the street. We went scalloping for the first time and had a blast! Can’t wait to come next year. Also took a fishing trip. It was the perfect end to our vacation. Abigail was easy to communicate with, she had clear instructions for check in and out, and clear directions. Great recommendations to restaurants, we loved Kathi’s Crab. Quality house, great price, and fantastic location. We will be back.
